Payment information

When purchasing our products you will be required to provide your name, email address and billing address. We use Stripe to process payments and this information is required by them to approve the transaction. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are stored on Stripe’s servers — we never see or store your full card number. Third-party subprocessors

To run this website and deliver our products, we share limited personal information with a small number of trusted service providers who act as data processors on our behalf. Each is contractually required to protect your information and only use it to provide their service to us.

• Stripe — payment processing (name, email, billing address, card details entered directly with Stripe).
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — newsletter and email list management (name, email address, subscription preferences and tags).
• Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) — hosting for our application, database, authentication, and file storage.
• Lovable AI Gateway — the AI infrastructure used to generate the personalised interpretation text in your guides. Guide inputs (such as your birth chart placements) are sent for processing to produce your guide.
• Managed email delivery — our transactional email infrastructure (provided through Lovable Cloud) is used to send account, order, guide, and notification emails from notify.myconstellation.studio.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

Visitors to our website

When someone visits our website we may use privacy-respecting analytics to collect anonymous standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This helps us identify which pages are visited and analyse data about web page traffic so that we can improve our website.
