Amy Lea offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Access & communications

You will be able to access parts of the website without having to register any details with us. However, to purchase guides, access membership content, or save charts you must be a registered user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Eligibility

To be eligible to use this site and enter any legal contracts you must fit the eligibility criteria. Amy Lea’s services are not available to:

Digital guides are generated based on the birth details you provide. Please ensure these are accurate, as errors in submitted information may affect the guide output. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but not limited to:

• loss of profits or contracts
• loss of goodwill
• loss of anticipated savings

• waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

By purchasing a guide or signing up for membership you agree to the terms and conditions and that Amy Lea is not a medical doctor or licensed mental health professional and is not responsible for any illness or injuries (emotional or physical) that may arise from your use of the content. All digital sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
